PURCHASES & PAYMENT
Customers are required to provide complete and accurate information when placing an order with Leyna Dresses. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping details provided at checkout. Any additional costs incurred to correct such errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
All prices on our Website are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT (where applicable). For international orders, prices may be displayed in your local currency using a real-time currency converter. Please note that Leyna Dresses is not responsible for differences in exchange rates or additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
We offer several secure payment options. Payments can be made via iDEAL, PayPal, credit/debit card, and other trusted payment methods. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase.
All available payment options will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through friday), excluding public holidays in the Netherlands.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure timely receipt of the parcel.
We ship with trusted carriers including DHL, DPD, and PostNL. In some cases, if a delivery attempt fails or the parcel is refused or unclaimed, the courier may return the parcel to us without further attempts. Leyna Dresses is not responsible for unclaimed packages or failed deliveries resulting from missed tracking updates.
If the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for resending. If the parcel is destroyed or abandoned by local authorities or the courier due to inaction, no refund will be issued.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Occasionally, it may happen that a dress is sold in our physical store while it still appears as available on our Website. In such cases, Leyna Dresses reserves the right to cancel the online order and will notify the customer as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
RETURN
Consumers have the right to return or exchange an online purchase within a 14-day period without providing a reason, or alternatively request a voucher equal to the purchase amount, provided that the product has not been used or washed and is returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or damage. The return period begins the day after the consumer receives the product. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled prior to delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify Leyna Dresses by contacting info@leynadresses.com. After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days; failure to do so will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. Leyna Dresses reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
RETURN COSTS
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal and returns the entire order within the specified period, the customer will be responsible for covering the costs of returning the order.
CANCELLATION
Leyna Dresses reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to supply the requested products. Customers will be notified immediately in such cases.
Leyna Dresses is not liable for any loss, expense, or inconvenience that customers may incur as a result of an order cancellation.
PACKAGING AND SHIPMENT
If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or damaged upon arrival, the customer must request the carrier or delivery person to record this before accepting the product. Failure to do so means that Leyna Dresses cannot be held liable for any resulting damage.
In cases where the customer arranges the transport of a product themselves, any visible damage to the product or its packaging must be reported to Leyna Dresses prior to transportation. If this is not done, Leyna Dresses cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs.
INDEMNIFICATION
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Leyna Dresses from any claims, demands, or liabilities brought by third parties relating to the products and/or services provided by Leyna Dresses.
FRAUD PREVENTION
At Leyna Dresses, we take fraud prevention seriously. If we suspect that an order may be fraudulent or placed with unauthorized payment information, we reserve the right to contact the customer to verify specific details before processing the order.
If the customer fails to respond or refuses to provide the requested verification within 7 days, Leyna Dresses reserves the right to cancel the order without notice.
These measures are in place to protect both our customers and our business.
LIABILITY OF LEYNA DRESSES
Leyna Dresses is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including consequential damages, loss of profit, missed savings, or damages to third parties.
All images, photos, colors, drawings, and descriptions on the Website or in any catalog are indicative and approximate. They cannot form the basis for compensation, partial or full termination of the agreement, or suspension of any obligation.
Our dresses are made from a variety of materials, including delicate and dyed fabrics. Despite careful selection and inspection, certain fabrics may transfer color when in contact with skin, other garments, or under the influence of perspiration, friction, or moisture.
Leyna Dresses is not responsible for inaccuracies or misunderstandings resulting from translations made by third-party tools such as Google Translate.
Furthermore, we are not liable for fluctuations in currency exchange rates that may affect pricing during international transactions.
Due to variations in lighting, screen settings, and photography, the colors displayed on the Website may differ from the actual product colors. Leyna Dresses cannot be held responsible for these color differences.
As this may vary per material and usage, we do not specify this risk per individual product. This condition applies to all our garments. Therefore, Leyna Dresses cannot accept any liability for damage or inconvenience caused by color transfer after wearing the item.
We recommend exercising caution when wearing new garments for the first time and, if necessary, testing the fabric on an inconspicuous area beforehand.
UNAUTHORIZED USE
Leyna Dresses reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order or account if there is suspicion of unauthorized, fraudulent, or suspicious activity. Customers must ensure that their account details and payment information are used only by themselves and are responsible for any misuse.

CHARGEBACKS
In the event of a chargeback or disputed payment initiated by the customer through their bank or credit card provider, Leyna Dresses reserves the right to cancel the order, withhold future deliveries, and take appropriate action to recover any losses incurred. Customers are responsible for resolving any payment disputes directly with their payment provider.
FORCE MAJEURE
In addition to what is stipulated in Article 6:75 of the Civil Code, Leyna Dresses cannot be held responsible for failing to fulfill any obligation towards the customer if this failure is due to circumstances beyond its control, making the fulfillment of obligations wholly or partially impossible or unreasonable.
Such force majeure situations include, but are not limited to, states of emergency (such as civil war, uprisings, riots, natural disasters), default or force majeure by suppliers, carriers, or other third parties; unexpected power outages, internet, computer, and telecom failures; computer viruses, strikes, government measures, unforeseen transportation problems, adverse weather conditions, and work interruptions.
If a force majeure event prevents Leyna Dresses from fulfilling one or more obligations, those obligations will be suspended until Leyna Dresses is able to fulfill them again.
If the force majeure situation lasts at least 30 calendar days, both parties may terminate the agreement, in whole or in part, in writing.
During a force majeure event, Leyna Dresses is not obliged to pay any compensation (damages), even if it benefits from the situation.
AMENDMENT OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Leyna Dresses reserves the right to amend or supplement these general terms and conditions. Minor changes may be made at any time.
TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
Customer rights arising from an agreement between the parties may not be transferred to third parties without prior written consent from Leyna Dresses.
This provision serves as a stipulation with property law effect, as referred to in Article 3:83(2) of the Civil Code.
CONSEQUENCES OF INVALIDITY OR VOIDABILITY
If any provision of these general terms and conditions is declared void or voidable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Any void or voidable provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of Leyna Dresses when drafting these terms and conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
These terms and conditions, and any agreement between the parties, are governed exclusively by Dutch law. The Dutch court in the district of Oost-Brabant has exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes arising between the parties, unless otherwise prescribed by law.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By placing an order and accepting these terms and conditions, the customer fully agrees to be bound by the provisions set forth in this policy.
