If the postal service and/or our team are unable to arrange redelivery within the designated timeframe, the package will be deemed abandoned and left by the authorities in the recipient's country. Consequently, no refund will be issued for unclaimed or rejected packages. If our team is able to retrieve your package and arrange its return, any associated return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
