What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means the item is not currently in stock, but is either in production, on its way to our warehouse, or being specially made for you.

By placing a pre-order, you reserve your size before the official restock and secure your dress in advance.

Pre-orders allow us to produce in limited quantities while maintaining the exclusivity of our designs.

Please note that your order will be shipped on or after the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page.

Delivery

The estimated shipping date is clearly mentioned on each product page.

Please note that delivery time starts from the shipping date, not the order date.

Express shipping applies after dispatch and does not shorten production time.

Possible Delays

In rare cases, production may be delayed or delivery to our warehouse may take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, including customs procedures.

Should this happen, we will inform you by email.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available.

If you prefer to receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order.

After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible as production or stock allocation is reserved specifically for you.

Pre-Order Acknowledgement & Acceptance

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated shipping timeline as stated on the product page.

You understand that the estimated date refers to the shipping date and not the delivery date.

Production and delivery to our warehouse may be subject to unforeseen delays.
