Ordering

Can I change my order? 

Regrettably, once you've completed the payment for your order, modifications are no longer possible as we promptly initiate processing. If you wish to add products, we recommend placing a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Why is my order canceld? 

We know how disappointing it can be when an item gets cancelled, and we’re really sorry.


Due to the high number of orders, some items sold out quicker than our system could track. Although we did our best to keep everything updated, sometimes stock levels weren’t 100% in sync. 


If your item was cancelled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details soon. Thanks again for understanding.

I haven’t received a refund for the cancelled order

We completely understand your concern.

Please don’t worry your refund is on its way. We're doing our best to ensure all refunds are processed as quickly as possible. While it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account (depending on your bank), rest assured that everything is being taken care of.

PRe-order

Can I cancel a pre-order?

No, pre-orders cannot be canceled. Each item is produced specifically based on the number of orders we receive. When you place a pre-order, we start production especially for you.

When will my pre-order be delivered?

Usually, an estimated delivery date is mentioned on the product page. This means your order will be shipped after that indicated date. Please note that this is an estimate, and delays may occur.

The size I want is sold out, what can I do?

Spotted a style you love but it’s currently out of stock? No worries! Several of our products tend to be in high demand. To ensure you don't miss out, simply enter your email address on the product page. You will receive an automatic email notification as soon as the product is back in stock, giving you the first opportunity to place your order.

What size is the model wearing?

Want to know what size our model is wearing? Our models usually wear size 36. Their height is approximately 1.75 m.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, we immediately begin processing it. Afterward, it is handed over to the carrier responsible for delivery.

You will receive an email with a Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been transferred to the carrier.

Please note that it may take some time for the carrier to activate the tracking information. In most cases, the tracking will be available from the next working day. If the Track & Trace code does not work right away, we recommend checking again the following business day for the most accurate updates.

I received my order, but a part is missing

We’re so sorry to hear that!


If something’s missing from your order, it sadly means that the item was out of stock by the time we packed it. Due to the high volume of orders during our sale, our system couldn’t update stock levels fast enough.


You’ll receive a separate email with all the details about the cancelled item shortly.

Can i change my adress after the order had been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the shipping address can no longer be changed, as we immediately begin processing and automatically forward the details to the carrier.

However, you can email us at support@leynadresses.com, and we’ll do our best to make any changes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

I have received the wrong product: what should i do?

Oops! That wasn’t very helpful of us, our apologies.

You can return the item to us free of charge. Please email us at support@leynadresses.com with a photo of the item, and we’ll assist you further.

Can i change my adress after the order had been placed?

Kindly note that returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items purchased online can also be exchanged at our showroom.

How quickly will my return be processed?

We do our best to process your return within 7 business days.

During busy periods, it may take a little longer, but we always aim to handle it within that 7-day timeframe.

Do I have to pay the return costs?

Yes, return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Please also note that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Make sure your package is securely packed to avoid any issues.
