Returns & EXCHANGES


We offer a 14-day returns policy to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and satisfactory as possible. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return it if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. As stated in the order confirmation and at checkout, you may exchange the item or receive a credit note only. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received.


We cannot accept your return if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use
  • The item is not in its original condition or tags are missing (if applicable — not all dresses have tags)
  • The return ribbon is not attached (only applicable on selected styles)
  • The item has marks or stains (including makeup or spray tan)
  • The item was marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • The return is not processed via our Returns Portal
  • The item has strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor
  • The return is submitted outside the specified return period
  • The item does not match the original order
  • The item is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

 

Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

 

Pre-Order Items (Made-to-Order / Reserved Products)

Pre-order items are products that are produced, sourced, or specifically reserved upon the customer’s request. As such, these items are treated as made-to-order or specially allocated goods.

By placing a pre-order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that pre-order items are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal and are not eligible for a refund of the purchase amount.

If a pre-order item is returned and meets our return conditions, it will only be accepted in exchange for store credit (voucher). No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Delivery timeframes provided for pre-order items are estimates only and are not guaranteed. As production and supply processes are subject to external factors, delays may occur. The customer acknowledges and agrees that delays in production or delivery do not entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or any form of monetary compensation.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Fill Out the Return Form:

To initiate a return, please fill out our Return Form Make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. After creating the return label, you have 4 working days to use it.


Prepare Your Return Package:

Carefully package the items you're returning along with the packing slip that was included in your original shipment. This will help us process your return efficiently.


Ship Your Return: 
• EU Customers: Use the return label provided through our return portal
Customers Outside the EU: Create your own shipping label with a carrier of your choice.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
