The safest option is professional cleaning at a specialized dry cleaner. If not possible, consider gentle handwashing in lukewarm water with mild detergent, avoiding vigorous rubbing.
Afterward, air dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight. For stains, seek professional advice, and if attempting DIY cleaning, be gentle to prevent damage.

Shipping
Shipping We strive to dispatch your order on the following business day. Please be aware that during busy periods, it may take 1-2 additional days.
Tracking For the most accurate shipping times to your delivery location, we kindly ask you to wait until you receive your track and trace code via email. Please note that online orders are not processed during weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after closing time and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Costum duties For goods delivered or ordered from outside the European Union, customs duties may apply. These customs costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the sale.

Returns
We allow returns of items within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, giving you the choice between an exchange or a store credit. We kindly inform you that refunds are not within our capabilities.
By "original condition," we mean that each returned item should be in the same state as you received it. The returned items must not be used, washed, or altered.
Leyna Dresses reserves the right to reject returns that are sent after the allowed 14-day return period and/or are sent outside of our Return Policy guidelines. You are responsible for the items you wish to return until we receive them in good condition. We advise you to always keep the carrier's return receipt.
