Please check your size in our size chart. We would like to inform you that all our dresses are in Turkish sizes, which are generally smaller than the standard sizes in Europe, America, and England.

Important: Our dresses must never be washed at home.
Our dresses are made from delicate fabrics and often feature intricate details such as beads, rhinestones, lace, and other handcrafted embellishments.
To preserve the quality, fit, and appearance of your dress, we strongly recommend professional dry cleaning only, provided this is suitable according to the garment's care label.
Never wash your dress yourself, whether by hand or in a washing machine. Doing so may cause irreversible damage, including discoloration, shrinkage, deformation, or the loss of embellishments.
Professional dry cleaning is the safest and most recommended method of caring for your dress.

Shipping
Shipping We strive to dispatch your order on the following business day. Please be aware that during busy periods, it may take 1-2 additional days.
Tracking For the most accurate shipping times to your delivery location, we kindly ask you to wait until you receive your track and trace code via email. Please note that online orders are not processed during weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after closing time and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Costum duties For goods delivered or ordered from outside the European Union, customs duties may apply. These customs costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the sale.

Returns
We allow returns of items within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, giving you the choice between an exchange or a store credit. We kindly inform you that refunds are not within our capabilities.
By "original condition," we mean that each returned item should be in the same state as you received it. The returned items must not be used, washed, or altered.
Leyna Dresses reserves the right to reject returns that are sent after the allowed 14-day return period and/or are sent outside of our Return Policy guidelines. You are responsible for the items you wish to return until we receive them in good condition. We advise you to always keep the carrier's return receipt.
